The following terms rule the services provided and are accepted by
the client upon signing.
Webvortix has the right to change any terms on this page any
time and without prior notice.
Any changes will become effective upon updating on this page.
Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of
the modifications. If you do not agree to the terms of any
modification, do not continue to use the services and immediately
notify the termination of this Agreement.
All services provided may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, sites with political content as 'hate sites', Nazi stuff, or sites that propagate political activity against specific races or countries, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Webvortix's servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

The WebHosting service is a low cost shared web hosting service that each server hosts several websites of several customers, and as such, the following terms rule the maintenance of the level of service quality to all websites on each server.
Websites that use an unreasonable amount of system resources of any type affecting the quality of the service to the other websites on the same server, will first be offered the option to upgrade to a more adequate hosting solution or as a last resort will be deactivated.
All hosting plans come with a predetermined amount of disk space allowance. We monitor all accounts and bill a certain amount for each 100MB of exceeded disk space. This amount is no prorated, this meaning that 1MB - 100MB will be treated and billed as the same.
All hosting plans come with a predetermined amount of transfer allowance. We monitor all accounts and bill a certain amount for each GB of exceeded transfer. This amount is not prorated, this meaning that 1 MB - 1 GB will be treated and billed as the same.
Sending non-solicitated
commercial e-mails (SPAM) is strictly prohibited and will
not be tolerated.
It is also prohibited to sell software or services related
to SPAM.
Webvortix will be the only judge of what constitutes
the violation of this term.
Any attempt to cause damage to a
server or any other client is strictly prohibited and will
cause for legal action.
Also, it will not be allowed attempts to access hosting
accounts which the user has no permission or the search for
any system vulnerabilities.

Webvortix regularly performs backups, but adverts, that the customer is the main responsible for his site's backup and Webvortix will never be responsible for any data loss or corruption.
Webvortix maintains and controls the property of every IP addresses that may be attributed to any Client, and reserves the right to remove or change the IP address.
The Customer Support Service is available 24 hours/day
through the contacts page and email.
Phone support is also available, although limited.
Abuse on support staff will not be tolerated, we treat the
customer with respect and expect to be treated in the same way.
New invoices, automatically
generated by the system, will be added to Customer's account
20 days before due date.
Invoices, manually added to the system, related to any other
kind of service not automated will have a due date of 1 week
from it's creation.
Any unpaid invoice at due date will activate the automatic
and immediate suspension of the services by the system until
billing is regularized.
The client may at any moment,
before the end of the current billing cycle and with all
billing regularized, cancel the services without any
penalization for doing so.
There will be no refunds for prepaid funds.
Webvortix tries at every
cost and through the best resources to guarantee the quality
of the services provided as well as the abuse of these same
services by customers, but cannot guarantee 100% that such
situation will not occur.
Webvortix will not be responsible for sudden failure or
crash of the system which may cause damage, downtime, loss
of information or data of Customer's sites.
